Taggie Cube
I love making these stuffed taggie cubes for babies! This is the first one I made. The mom is a big Alabama fan and Dad is a big Auburn fan. Their son will have to choose soon enough! I hope he has as much fun playing with it as I did making it. The Alabama material is a fleece, so it is soft and gentle. The Auburn fabric is a cotton blend. The other 2 sides are also Auburn. I used a mix of red, white, gray, orange, blue and sports ribbon for the taggie loops. I found a helpful tutorial here, then added the loops instead of loose strands. There is a special surprise inside to encourage gross motor skills. Midway through the stuffing process, I added a rattle. The noise is muffled a bit by the stuffing, so it isn't so harsh. Give it a try!
